Mae Coffee Roasters was founded around blessing others throughout each interaction. We hope to bring joy to farmers, importers, workers, and consumers through sustainability and ethically sourcing our coffee to better our industry.

Roasting
Coffee is beautiful and unique. As stewards of the land, each farmer, producer, or co-op has spent months and years cultivating their land to produce their coffees. Our goal in roasting coffee is to master our craft, not to honor our work but to showcase the producer's work.

We hope to create a community of people who wish to better our local community in Portland, and also, better the coffee community and the world, as a whole. Through sustainability, ethically sourcing our coffee, and providing outstanding hospitality, Mae Coffee Roasters is a community that wants to constantly do better to bless everyone with each and every interaction.
Our Story
Mae Coffee Roasters was founded in March 2022. To build community and bless others, MCR wanted to do this through roasting spectacular coffees, sustainable and ethically sorting our products and materials, and giving everyone fantastic hospitality. Partnering with brands and organizations with similar visions is also important for Mae, and working to build up our local communities has been a goal for Mae since its inception.
Our Future
Mae Coffee Roasters is just a small roasting operation, currently. Nevertheless, we hope to expand our vision into growing our wholesale partners and opening storefronts of our own down the road. Whether you own a cafe, office, or nonprofit and embody our values and vision for specialty coffee and community, we would love to chat about our offerings and wholesale program.
