  • Returns

    Currently, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or reimbursements. Under specific circumstances, we may be able to reimburse for shipping if drop-off delivery or pickup is requested without a free shipping code. If any questions arise, or you get the wrong coffee or product, please, email us or connect on our contact page so we can assist in getting the situation resolved.

  • International Shipping

    We do not offer international shipping at this time due to a lack of demand and high cost. Email us with any further questions.

  • Grind Size

    We now offer ground coffee options on each coffee offering. If you have questions about what to choose based on your preferred brew method, please, email us so we can help assist you in choosing the appropriate choice. Grinding coffee does not increase the cost of the product and is a complimentary service with all coffee orders.

  • Sourcing

    We get asked quite a bit as to where we source our offerings. Currently, we are sourcing from Primavera, Unblended Coffee LLC, Red Fox Coffee Merchants, Mercon Speciality, and a handful of others. If you are curious as to which coffee is from which importer, farmer, or other related information, this can be found in the transparency section listed below all coffee info designated with each coffee offering. Email us with further questions.

  • Sustainability

    A bit part of our business model is sourcing coffee sustainably. With that, we also are doing our best to use eco-friendly packaging. Currently, we source our bags from Dutch Coffee Pack which manufacturers their bags in a carbon neutral facility. We also use mailers that are made from recycled materials, are recyclable themselves, and can be resealed and used for your own mailing needs.
