Full body, bright and punch like, the Idido is a coffee that will leave your mouth watering. Produced by many smallholder farmers around the area, Mikiyas Bogale operates the washing station and works to process coffees like this particular lot. A small production, the area produces only about 300 bags a year (around 40K lbs). This coffee is dried on raised African beds and goes through pre and post processing sorting to ensure the cleanest cup. Mikiyas is helping small producers in this area get their coffee in the hands of many folks, such as yourselves and we cannot wait to continue to work with lots from his washing station and to see what else is to come. This lot is very sweet, much like punch. It also has a bit of a tartness to it which is very pleasant and is amazing on espresso or filter.
