December 2023 Coffee Highlight

Once apon a time, a man named Alex wanted to make a holiday blend of two stellar coffees. That was last year. This year, this same Alex wanted to make it better. He did that. Introducing our holiday blend of 2023, the Fireplace Blend! Same name, same color label, different coffee…

The Fireplace Blend is made up of a black-honey processed Colombia and a washed Peru. Both, equally tasty, but vastly different. This years rendition takes on a more bold approach, with bright acidity and strong chocolate vibes, it almost tastes like your drinking a holiday ale. While the coffee tastes different than last year, we are equally excited.

As December turns into January, this coffee is still available. Once we sell out, 20% of all proceeds from this coffee will be sent straight over to Randall Children’s Hospital, here in Portland. We could not be more excited about this opportunity to give back to our community and we will continue to do so each year with our Fireplace Blend.
