The Roastery Blend is a new blend that we are offering here at MCR to celebrate our new space, roaster and look! At Mae, we would have never guessed that our blends were going to be our best sellers. Nevertheless, we feel that blends are often underwhelming. Blends tend to lack clarity, characteristic and qualities that make them stand out. Yet, while there are blends that do this, we felt we needed to create a new blend that would stand out more so than anything else we have produced or have ever tasted. The Roastery Blend is that answer. The washed Ethiopian gives this coffee a clean, floral taste that is pleasant and clear, while the natural Ethiopian offers a punchy, fruit forward profile that challenges what blends have been for years. Washed and Natural Ethiopians are some of our favorite coffees to roast and drink, so to find two stellar options, craft them to pair well together, and package it into a blend has been extremely exciting for us! This offering is amazing on filter and espresso, but shines on cold brew! Enjoy :)
