Backyard Blend

In Oregon, July and August are the peak seasons for summer, so we felt this was the best month to highlight a coffee we brought on for the summer seasons. Consisting of a washed Colombia and a washed Ethiopia, the Backyard Blend is a tasty, palatable, consistent coffee that leaves you wanting more. As a roasting company that enjoys rare, unique, and fun single origins, this blend is a great break from our regular showcased offerings. The Backyard Blend reminds us of a lavender mocha with a side of raspberries! Blends have become one of our favorite parts of Mae, and creating coffee experiences that reflect the seasons in Oregon has brought many of our customers back.
