June 2023 Coffee Highlight

Carolina Ramirez Quimera, Colombia

Our June coffee highlight goes to one of our newest coffee offerings, the Carolina Ramirez Quimera, Colombia. This is the first of many coffees from Carolina that we hope to bring on in the coming years and this coffee will show why we are excited to continue to support and buy from Carolina.

As her first natural processed coffee, Carolina produced a coffee that is sweet, creamy, and clean. While many naturals are muddy and distorted in their profiles, this coffee reminds us of a vanilla malt chocolate candy and is incredibly uniform. Carolina and her mother hand-sort the coffee before sending it out, and it shows!
